Rob Flatley is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of TS Imagine. Rob's career includes roles as Chief Executive Officer, Founder, Managing Director, and Board of Director of regulated financial services institutions and financial technology companies. Rob has hands-on experience in various capital markets roles, including trading, securities/prime finance, building SaaS business models, market structure, quantitative trading, software development, and software M&A. He founded four successful companies as a technology entrepreneur using both Software & Data-as-a-Service models. He was a founding employee of two mathematically/statistically driven trading businesses at bulge bracket financial institutions. Rob’s enthusiasm for global financial markets and desire for team building, client interaction, and partnering lead him to collaborate with Francisco Partners and acquire TradingScreen and Imagine Software, forming TS Imagine in May of 2021. Rob graduated from the University of Iowa where he earned a B.B.A. in Accounting.

Andrew Morgan is President and Chief Revenue Officer of TS Imagine. Andrew has a Capital Markets background spanning two decades and a track record of taking innovative products to market. In his current role, he focusses on accelerating the growth of TS Imagine’s SaaS- based software platform across the financial services industry. During his two decades leading teams at both Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, Andrew oversaw the strategic deployment of technology spend during periods of digitization and regulatory change. He was directly involved in the ground up development of electronic trading businesses at both firms and applies his extensive experience coordinating diverse global teams across sales, trading, product development, risk, and compliance to his current roles. At Deutsche Bank Andrew was a Managing Director fulfilling multiple leadership roles including Global Head of Execution Services and Client Strategy, Global Head of Electronic Trading and EMEA Head of Equity Trading. He was a member of the European and Global Equities Executive Committee; chaired global and regional forums for sales, strategy, risk, and regulatory oversight; served on the EMEA Equity Capital Commitment Committee 2012 – 2018; acted as business sponsor for MiFID 2 delivery and was Equities Account Captain for several of Deutsche Bank’s largest clients. Andrew graduated from Cardiff University with a Bachelor of Social Sciences and an Economics degree and he has an ACA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales.

Spencer Lee is the Chief Markets Officer of TS Imagine. Spencer has over two decades of experience as a fixed income trader, where he was an advocate for the adoption of technology and driver of the evolution of systematic trading of credit securities. Spencer brings extensive market structure experience and client perspective to TS Imagine. He most recently co-founded Agilon Capital, a systematic credit hedge fund with a strong technology value proposition. Prior to Agilon, Spencer led global credit electronic trading and West Coast fixed income trading at Blackrock. Spencer graduated from Vanderbilt University where he earned a B.A. in European Studies. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Kate Peachway is the Chief Financial Officer of TS Imagine. For 15 years, Kate has worked across private and public equity markets, where she has focused on investing in growth companies. Kate joined TS Imagine from GrowthCurve Capital, a New York-based buyout firm, where she was an investment Principal in the software and information services sectors. Prior to GrowthCurve, Kate spent a decade at BlueMountain Capital and Blue Ridge Capital where she was a public long/short equity investor. Kate started her career as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Kate graduated from Harvard University where she earned a B.A. in Economics and went on to earn an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. She was born in Lviv, Ukraine and is fluent in Russian.

Chris Kingsbury is the Chief Technology Officer of TS Imagine. For more than two decades, Chris has been a driver of technological innovation and development. He also brings experience as a systems architect and developer in the aerospace industry. Prior to joining Trading Screen in 2000, Chris worked at Merrill Lynch in Tokyo, where he was responsible for the design, development and maintenance of its equity order management and real-time position systems. During his tenure at Merrill Lynch, he also contributed to the architecture and development of the firm’s global portfolio management system. Earlier in his career, Chris worked as a developer on NASA’s Earth Observing System (EOS) project for 3 years. He contributed to the design and development of a massively distributed data management system used to collect, process, and archive the enormous streams of data from NASA’s earth sciences satellites. Chris graduated from George Mason University where he earned B.S. in Computer Science.

Thomas Bodenski is the Chief Operating Officer of TS Imagine. For more than two decades, Thomas has implemented solutions and transformed businesses as an executive and change agent, using technology, data and best practices within the financial industry in North America and Europe. Thomas leads strategic cross-departmental, cross-product initiatives to enable rapid commercialization of new ideas within TS Imagine’s platforms. Throughout his career, Thomas has managed strategic, transformative initiatives for hedge funds, pension plans, hedge fund administrators, asset managers, wealth managers and proprietary trading desks at banks. He is recognized as a data expert within the financial industry and has collaborated with the EDM Council on the data management capability assessment model (DCAM) and the cloud data management capability model (CDMC) to drive the standardization of data management. Thomas graduated from HTBLA Leonding in Austria where he earned a degree in Computer Science and Business Administration. Thomas is fluent in German.

Lance Smith is the Chief Strategy Officer of TS Imagine. Lance is a co-founder of Imagine Software and brings over three decades of direct involvement in trading and risk management practices, mathematical modeling, and systems development to his role. As a co-founder of Imagine Software in 1993, Lance sets strategic direction for the venerable RiskSmart platform, guiding development of TS Imagine’s award-winning analytics, and lending his expertise to global sales efforts. Lance is a former Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Columbia University, as well as a former Instructor at the Courant Institute.  He began his finance career at Salomon Brothers in 1986, where he served as the chief quant for the equity derivatives business.  He then headed Sakura Global Capital’s Equity Derivatives Trading desk. Lance graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.S. degree in Mathematics. He also has a Ph.D. in this field.

Renee Calabro is the Chief Marketing Officer of TS Imagine. For more than two decades, Renee has been focused on advising financial services companies to communicate their value proposition to clients, media, investors, regulators, and other key audiences within competitive, global financial markets. Renee has hands-on experience leading proactive, strategic communications campaigns for large, multi-national banks and other financial institutions. She spent 13 years at Deutsche Bank, where she led media relations and communications in the Americas throughout the regulatory shift that followed the 2008 Global Financial Crisis. Renee also led business development, research, and client advice for private equity, crypto, trading firms, banks, and other segments of the capital markets while at Edelman, the world’s largest communications firm. Renee graduated from Connecticut College where she earned a B.A. in English Literature.

Simarjit (Sim) Johal is the Head of APAC of TS Imagine, overseeing all operations within the region, including offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo and Sydney. Sim joined TS Imagine in London as a Graduate and progressed through the Professional Services team, first heading up the team in EMEA and then running the team globally. Sim is now based in Hong Kong, championing local presence and expertise within the region. Sim has consistently showcased his expertise in the financial technology industry and his leadership has been paramount in fostering client success. Simarjit graduated from Imperial College London with a BSc in Physics.

Trever is the Chief People Officer of TS Imagine. For almost two decades, Trever has run large departments across Financial Services firms with a focus on career building and organization structure. Trever started on the Client Support Team of Imagine Software and expanded his way to running the whole of Global Client Services. He spent 15 years at Imagine Software where he was responsible for Support, Implementation, and Professional Services. Trever also built our Global Internship Program and focuses on developing key relationships at target Educational Institutions. With years of Trading and Risk experience, Trever drives internal initiatives focused on aligning our workforce to Product and Sales goals. Trever graduated from Oklahoma State University where he earned a MS in Quantitative Financial Economics.
